1. No purchase necessary. 2. Offer available to persons who get a quote from or provide their renewal date for Tesco Car Insurance either over the phone by calling 1850665775 or online at www.tesco.ie between 11th January and 4th April 2010. The renewal date for your Tesco Car Insurance need not be between 11 January and 4 April 2010, but the information relating to your renewal date must be provided between these dates. 3. The information you provide in the application form will be used by the Promoter to generate and provide you with a quote and keep you informed about the Promoter’s products, unless you have chosen not to receive such information about the Promoter’s products. The Promoter will not transfer your personal data to any third party or use your personal data other than for the purposes you have consented and as required by law. 4. Prize draw open to all persons aged 18 or over who are Republic of Ireland residents. This prize draw excludes any employees of the Promoter Aviva Insurance (Europe) plc. and anyone directly or professionally associated with this promotion. 5. By entering the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 6. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed or incomplete will be disqualified. 7.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion , defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. 8. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator on 10th April 2010 and informed by telephone within 14 days of the draw. There will be one winner. The winner will receive a Renault Scénic with all delivery and related charges paid for as well as 12 months free Tesco Car Insurance in respect of the prize car. The model, specification and colour will be determined by Renault Ireland. There is no alternative to this prize in whole or part. 9.If the prize is unclaimed after 28 days from the date the Promoter attempted to notify the winner and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. 10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the draw without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include without limitation, the winner’s name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of the entrant, biographical information provided by the winner and/or any statement made by them concerning the promotion and/or prize. 11. Information about the winner will be available by visiting www.tesco.ie between 12/04/10 and 14/06/10 and the winner is deemed to have consented to the publication of this information by participating in the draw. The name and county of the winner will be available on request. 12. The Promoter, Tesco Personal Finance, having its registered office at Interpoint Building, 22 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh, EH12 5BH reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. 13. This prize draw and the Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Tesco Car Insurance is arranged by Tesco Personal Finance.
